SOBR ai Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SOBR ai mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SOBR ai is a professional documentation tool designed for certified law enforcement officers to assist in Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) administration and DUI investigation documentation. The App provides guided checklists, timers, state-specific law references, and AI-assisted report generation.

This App does not locate, track, or publish DUI checkpoint locations. It is solely a documentation and reporting tool for law enforcement professionals.

2. Intended Use

The App is intended for use by certified law enforcement personnel only. It is not intended for use by the general public, minors, or individuals without proper law enforcement training and certification.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers the following subscription plans and purchases:

• SOBR ai Pro Monthly: $3.99 per month
• SOBR ai Pro Annual: $29.95 per year
• Single Report Purchase: $0.99 per report (consumable)

4. Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Single Report Purchases

Single report purchases are consumable in-app purchases. Each purchase entitles you to generate one AI-assisted DUI arrest narrative report. Single report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is a documentation and reporting tool only. It does not provide legal advice. The AI-generated reports and content are intended to assist officers in drafting narratives and should be reviewed and edited by the officer before submission.

• The developer is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
• Officers are responsible for ensuring all reports and documentation comply with their department's policies and applicable laws.
• State law references are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the most current statutes or case law.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All SFST session data is stored locally on your device. Data is only transmitted when you choose to generate an AI-assisted report or use the AI Partner feature.

8. Intellectual Property

SOBR ai, the SOBR ai logo, and "Field Intelligence Platform" are trademarks. All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
